- Case 01
- When the double eyelid fold appears excessively thick, resulting in a “sausage-type” fold
Most swelling subsides within 6 months to 1 year after surgery. If the swelling persists beyond that period, it may not be simple edema but a true sausage-type fold.
In such cases, revisional blepharoplasty may be necessary after accurately assessing the fold position, fat distribution, and overall eyelid condition.

- When the eyelid line fades or becomes undone
For individuals whose eyelid folds tend to loosen easily, the appropriate method—whether non-incisional or incisional—
should be determined through consultation before proceeding with revisional surgery.
