- Design & Incision
After evaluating the forehead width and overall facial length, a natural wave-shaped incision is designed and made.
- Method 02
- 45-Degree Oblique Incision
To prevent follicle damage, the incision is made at a 45-degree angle opposite to the hair growth direction so that new hair naturally covers the scar.
- Method 03
- Excision of the Incised Area
The excised section is removed while preserving the frontalis muscle and the supraorbital / supratrochlear nerves.
- Method 04
- Endotine Fixation
The scalp is gently pulled downward, and an Endotine device is firmly fixed to the cranial bone for secure stabilization.
- Method 05
- Suturing & Finalization
The incision is delicately sutured to complete the procedure.
