A contracted nose refers to a condition where the skin and cartilage have become stiff
and tight due to previous surgery, causing the nose to shorten and the tip to lift upward.

An upturned nose refers to a condition where the nasal tip is excessively lifted,
making the nostrils overly visible when viewed from the front.

Both contracted and upturned noses share common features: the nose appears shortened,
the tip is lifted, and the nostrils are prominently visible from the front.
