These Terms of Use (hereinafter “these Terms”) of Retmus Plastic Surgery (https://retmusps.com) are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both the users and Retmus Plastic Surgery when using internet-related services (hereinafter “Services”) provided by the clinic.

A “Member” refers to a person who accesses the Retmus Plastic Surgery website, registers as an online member according to these Terms, and receives the services provided by Retmus Plastic Surgery.

Any person wishing to become a member must fill in the membership information according to the registration form provided by Retmus Plastic Surgery and click the “Register” button to apply for membership.The membership contract is established at the time when Retmus Plastic Surgery’s approval reaches the applicant.

The clinic provides the following services to its members:

⁕ Online consultation and reservation services of Retmus Plastic Surgery
⁕ Online consultation and reservation services of Retmus Plastic Surgery
⁕ Various services provided in partnership with third parties

Retmus Plastic Surgery may notify members of changes to services and their provision dates and may modify the services accordingly.

The clinic may temporarily suspend services in cases such as maintenance, replacement, or failure of information and communication equipment, or communication interruptions. It may also discontinue current services entirely for replacement with new services or for reasons deemed appropriate by the clinic.

Members may request the cancellation of their membership at any time, and Retmus Plastic Surgery will promptly take necessary steps to delete the membership.

The clinic may restrict, suspend, or terminate membership if a member:
⁕ Provides false information during registration
⁕ Interferes with the website or misappropriates information, threatening electronic transaction order
⁕ Engages in acts prohibited by law, these Terms, or public order and morals while using the clinic’s services

Retmus Plastic Surgery will make efforts to protect members’ personal information, including registration information, in accordance with relevant laws. The protection of personal information is governed by applicable laws and the clinic’s Privacy Policy.

The clinic shall not engage in acts prohibited by law or these Terms, and will make efforts to provide continuous and stable services. The clinic establishes security systems to protect members’ personal information (including credit information) and ensures safe use of internet services.The clinic will not send commercial promotional emails to members without their consent.

Except in cases where Retmus Plastic Surgery is responsible under applicable laws or the Privacy Policy, members are responsible for managing their ID and password. Members must not allow third parties to use their ID and password. If a member becomes aware that their ID or password has been stolen or used by a third party, they must immediately notify Retmus Plastic Surgery and follow its instructions.

If a member’s public posts violate public order and morals, involve criminal activity, or defame other members or third parties, Retmus Plastic Surgery may delete such posts without prior notice and restrict, suspend, or terminate the member’s membership.

Copyright and other intellectual property rights of works created by Retmus Plastic Surgery belong to the clinic. Members shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use information obtained from Retmus Plastic Surgery for commercial purposes or allow third parties to do so without prior approval from the clinic.

Retmus Plastic Surgery may amend these Terms within the scope allowed by relevant laws, including the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Commerce, the Digital Signature Act, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization. Members who disagree with amended Terms may request deletion of their membership.

Any disputes arising between Retmus Plastic Surgery and members regarding the use of services shall be brought before courts in the Republic of Korea with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.

These Terms shall take effect from January 1, 2020 and shall be applied until new Terms are issued.
